Can't click and drag on scroll bar
With AddOnSkins enabled, the button in the vertical scrollbars is highlighted, but can't be clicked on and dragged. Clicking in the scroll bar works still, but not on the actual button itself.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
