update some of the aura colors in buffwatch; add `Masochism` & warlock pet `Demonic Empowerment` to buff watch

Update paladin's buffwatch spell [Eternal flame -> Bestow Faith] this fixes #270 thanks @lorientalas

`AutoInvite`: the fourth return from `BNGetFriendGameAccountInfo` appears to be already stripped, so we need to check that its not the same as the stripped version of our realm name and only add the realm if its different from ours

add options to hide AFK/DND or specific clients from the friend datatext (/ec - datatext - friends). this is an extension of #269

Add missing and remove obsoleted locale strings

tweak `S:HandleMaxMinFrame` slightly. the assert demands frame exists for the code to run so we dont need to check it and we dont need to strip it multiple times. also check if the button exists in case of later using this and it doesn't exist first
