[Classic] Unit Frames Power Backdrop Multiplier

I was wondering if there could be an added level of modification to the unit frame power bar to allow you to scale the backdrop by a multiplier just as you are able to with the health bar. I like using transparent textures for the health/power bars and with this I find the bars tend to blend too well with the backdrop when emptying, so I like to turn down the backdrop multiplier (for health) to 0.15-0.2 to show a greater juxtaposition.

Since I can only currently do this with the health bar it looks weird when I cannot do it for the power bar, and often if there's a mana-user in my group that is out of range (triggered the fade), I can hardly even seen if their mana is depleted because the backdrop and faded transparent frame are practically the same colour.
