Description Power bar text for shamans, shadow priest, and occasionally boomkins, the power and mana text will overlap when mana is at 100%. Casting a mana cost spell forces and update and splits the text like normal. This is when the power bar is detached from the frame in my case.

Version Number 11.19 (been happening since ~11.12? before the last patch)

Steps to Reproduce Easiest way to reproduce is to go into arena/skirmish/battleground as a shadow priest and use power word shield. Insanity will go up and mana text and insanity will overlap.

Expected Behavior The text should read power - mana%

Actual Behavior The power and mana% text are in the middle overlapped.

Only ElvUI Enabled Already found that it is an elvui text anchor issue through the forums.
