Target of Target health frame updates more slowly than the actual raid frames
There seems to be a ~.25s or so delay on the Target of Target health frame updating compared to actual raid frames with ElvUI.
We thought that ToT frame update might be delayed for every raid frame addon but when we looked at Luna Unit Frames, it seems to update the ToT frame without any delay.
In order to deal with the massive tank burst damage + quick tank swaps happening on some BWL fights, I have been instructing tank healers to heal based off their ToT frame to minimize mouse movement and land heals on the tanks faster. If the ToT frame update is happening slower than the actual raid frame, this becomes more detrimental than beneficial. As a work around, we changed the effective update health option to .1 under Unit Frames -> General -> General but there is the potential risk of this backfiring and making all the frames update slower.

You can spam click pause to verify the Target of Target frame updates more slowly than normal raid frames. I have also taken a screen shot of an example:
The Target of Target frame should update at the exact same time the raid frame does.
The Target of Target frame update is happening ~.25 seconds later, which can cause delayed heals if you are using ToT to heal off of.
Only ElvUI Enabled
Yes. I have multiple healers verify this is also happening to them with ElvUI. I also verified with healers using Luna Unit Frames that this is NOT happening to them.
