Global Fade Options
It would be nice to configure the global fade to not include casting or selecting a target. In order to accomplish this currently, I just simply comment out lines 1360-1364 in ActionBars.lua
Instead of just toggling on and off global fade, add checkboxes for when to trigger the global fade. Such as in combat, selecting a target, health/power change, and focus. This would bring it more in line with the customization that is possible for the unitframe sections.
