Character/other frame offset incorrectly.

Have had some luck in getting the frame position to reset by opening the honor page, but not always. The frame position is not at the same position as if the honor and character page are open, it is further offset to the right
Also, and not sure if coincidentally or as part of the problem, the game menu can no longer be opened using escape key when this occurs.
No LUA errors.
