Skin alignment & settings
Description Skin for Ready Check is misaligned Additionally its not possible to Enable UF Right-click menu skinning without enabling "other frames" which seems to now include "ESC Menu" (I think this was a separate option before) and ready check, invite accept, resurection dialog, etc.

Steps to Reproduce
- Enable Misc frames skin for blizzard UI, leave rest disabled
- Unit frame right-click menu is now skinned nicely
- Do a ready check, observe alignment issue and that the skin is applied all dialogs
Expected Behavior Preferably be able to have right-click menu as separate option. Alignment of Ready Check frame should be centered.
Actual Behavior No ability to enable styling of only right-side menu. Ready Check menu is not aligned in center.
