WQ completion frame texture weird since update to 10.80
Description Since the recent update me and my girlfriend experience missing textures (or something like this) on the WQ completion / Item received / achievement frame. I noticed some animations are also missing, like the item upgrade animation is barely visible
Version Number 10.80
Steps to Reproduce
- updated to 10.80
- completed WQ/received item/completed achievement
Expected Behavior look like before the update.
Actual Behavior looks strange/unfinished
Only ElvUI Enabled also happens when only elvui is enabled
Blizzard Issue? 0 addons does not apply since the textures are elvui ones. but i also tested it and it looked like it should
