DebuffHightlight: Stack/Count of Debuff, different highlight
Scenario: You highlight important Debuff A on UnitFrame, but Debuff A on Stack 1 only tickles (valid information for a healer, so theres no real harm done in ignoring that Debuff). However, if the Debuff reaches 3 Stacks, it starts to matter.
So I propose a optional setting to Debuffs (and Buffs, if we're at it), that considers the users input, that Debuff A should be only highlighted if more Counts/Stacks of that Debuff are in affect.
Additionally, but not required in this FR, some sort of pyramid of conditions could be added. Ie. Debuff Highlight 1 Count/Stack is color blue, 2 Stacks is Yellow, 3 is Red, etc.
