Outline issue on Objective Tracker
Description:
When I select "OUTLINE" for font outline in S&L -> Media -> Misc Texts -> Objective Tracker Header Text, it works for a moment (it shows the outline) then it goes back to not showing outline by itself

Steps to Reproduce
- Select "OUTLINE" in S&L options -> Media -> Misc Texts - Objective Tracker Header Text
Expected Behavior
The "World Quests" header text is outlined.
Actual Behavior
The "World Quests" header text is outline for a moment then goes back to non-outline mode
ElvUI + S&L Enabled
No difference.
Only ElvUI Enabled
No options to change OUTLINE without S&L
