Garrion Mission Tooltip can not be closed

Steps to Reproduce
- Enable "skin garrison" in minimapmodule
- Be sure to start your very first mission with a ne level 90 char
- The tooltip which tells you where to see your progress can not be closed with the X
Expected Behavior
The tooltip must be able to close with the X button.
Actual Behavior
Garrion Mission Tooltip can not be closed.
ElvUI + S&L Enabled
Problem is still there.
Only ElvUI Enabled
No problem.
Additional Information
After UI reload the tooltip is hidden until I start new mission.

There is no LUA error
