Location above minimap
Description
Hi there. Is it possible to include a new option for location to anchor it above the minimap? This is one feature i miss from ElvUI Enhanced that i tried (unsuccessfully) to replicate in Shadow&Light

I tried doing it in Shadow&Light by putting it above minimap but just realised my mistake when the mail icon appeared under the location bar.
